We completely remodeled this customer's home which he purchased as investment property. We removed the old aluminum siding and replaced it with new vinyl siding. We replaced every window in the home. The original windows were old, drafty and wooden. We installed new, energy efficient vinyl window which qualify for the Energy Tax Credit. We installed new carpeting and vinyl floors, thoughout. One of the nicest features of the home is the new kitchen addition which we built onto the back of the original kitchen. We added a large, elevated deck so the new homeowners can let their entertaining overflow to the outdoors in the summer time. The finished home is very beautiful and inviting!

This customer had an old, drafty wood burning fireplace which they rarely used. We

removed their old concrete mantle and hearth, and installed a new, high efficiency gas fireplace insert which is remote controlled. Then, we removed their old paneling, finished the walls with drywall, and

fabricated and installed new floor-to-ceiling bookcases and a new mantle. The only thing missing is

our customers' new flat screen TV, which will be mounted over the fireplace.

A pipe burst in this homeowner's second floor bathroom. The water soaked the ceiling in the first

floor living room, causing it to collapse. Fortunately, we were working on a home on his street. We

were able to shut off the water and limit the damage. We replaced the entire plaster ceiling in the

living room. We also reconfigured and remodeled the second floor bathroom.
