We are certified to work on older homes, which may have surfaces finished with lead paint,
however we prefer to work on homes constructed after 1978 because it has been determined
that homes built after that date do not, typically, contain lead paint. We prefer not to expose our
clients or our workers to the health risks related to lead paint dust. If you do own an older home,

Man Cave: the place to which a man retreats
to "get away from it all!"
The following photos are from a client's basement which we completed in Portage, MI. This remodel included the addition of a sliding patio door through which the homeowner and his guests could access the
outdoor spa and lanai. This customer's "man cave" was displayed
in a full page feature in the Kalamazoo Gazzette.
